Correction: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 for Provide IT Sweden AB

The dates mentioned under Registration were incorrect, hence this correction.
The shareholders of Provide IT Sweden AB (publ), 556891–7701 („the Company”), are hereby summoned to the Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025 at 14:00, Kaserntorget 1 in Gothenburg. Registration for the meeting begins at 13:30.

Registration

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting must:

a) be registered in the share register kept by Euroclear Sweden AB on September 22, 2025, and

b) have notified their participation and any proxy to the Company no later than September 24, 2025, either in
